Prem Elected as the Chairman of the Arupokhari Society

Perm K Khatry – the President of Sambhav Nepal and the founder-cum-Managing Director of Ace the Himalaya – was elected as the new Chairman of the Arupokhari Society (a non-profit organization). Realizing Prem’s contribution throughout the villages in Arupokhari and his sincerity towards social service,  the general members reached the consensus to elect him to this position. The organization, affiliated with the Nepalese Social Welfare Council (reg. 23537), was established in 2008 aiming to make overall development in the remote villages. Approximately, 10,000 people live in Arupokhari Village Development Committee. Sambhav Nepal is the vehicle through which the Arupokhari Society can implement its project in the Arupokhari region, inhabited by more than 10,000 people.
