Her sponsorship has built 2 classrooms in Bhairabi school – this directly addresses the pressing issue of overcrowding in the classrooms. Additionally, she has contributed partially in the construction of a community library, which is one of a kind in the entire Gorkha district. Diane is focused on supporting and upgrading the resources of the Dharapani Secondary School to convert it into a high school, which would benefit around 15 villages, aggregating to nearly two thousand children each year.
On April 2008 Diane went on a charity trek to the Everest base camp to raise funds for Sambhav Nepal. She has a strong commitment in helping children realize their dreams and improving the living condition of the Nepalese people. She is driven to givie something back to community.
